Creating a Zakaat fund for students university expenses

Q: I am currently doing volunteer work at a Muslim children’s orphanage near my area. I have found that many of the children leaving the orphanage after grade 12 are having  difficulties finding funds for studies and accommodation. These youths are either placed at a Muslim youth home/ to live with a family willing to provide accommodation for them/ with their own family if possible and for some (as no placement are found) may go into a non-Islamic home (which is very problematic!). Some of these children are provided with some funds from the orphanage but this is reported to also be problematic as fees are not paid on time, they struggle to get finances for accommodation, stationary etc. My aim is to open a zakaat fund and use the money to pay fees for stationary/ varsity fees/ transport  as these youths (who I am very close to even after they leave the orphanage) are struggling to get these funds from the organisation as the organisation is only able to support children till matric. Thus my aim is to open a fund to pay for these youths. Can I go ahead and do this? Are these youths zakaatable? Will I be able to open a zakaat fund collecting my own zakaat and of family members that are willing to assist with their zakaat and pay for studies/ accommodation/ stationary/ transports for these Muslim youths? I will use the zakaat for each of the grade 12’s leaving the orphanage to secure their studies etc? Please advise? Alternatively please provide me with guidance on what can be done?

Husband preventing the wife from visiting her father

Q: I am married for the last 9 years. My mother died when I was 16. We are only two sisters and my father is all alone as I don't have any brother. My question is that what responsibilities do I have toward my father? My husband doesn't like me to visit my family. My father is even deprived of his grandchildren. As a daughter I really feel very pity for my father and as a wife I can't disobey my husband. Few months back I tried to convince my husband that he is wrong on his part and is doing injustice with me and my father. He got angry and has not talked to me since last three months. He is working abroad and few days back has come to India. He still ignores me as if I don't exist neither does he sleep with me. It hurts me a lot as I love him very much. But now it seems he has started hating me. He is also very short tempered and gets fits of anger. I told him sorry but he told me to go away. I am very disturbed and I don't know what to do. His parents are of no help and often blame me for everything. Can you please suggest me some wazifa to melt his heart so that he starts loving me again. I need some very powerful wazifa which will work very fast because he will be in India only for a week. Please save my marriage.

Adultery

Q: I went with a guy to his house three times when his family was away and without the knowledge of my own family. We kissed and I removed my shirt for him and he sucked and licked my breasts, but I kept my pants on and we did not have any sexual intercourse. We just got intimate to this extent and nothing more. I am now regretful of all of this and want to repent sincerely to Allah. Will this be considered as committing adultery? How do I ask for Allah's forgiveness?

On finding out she was at her parents house and I involved our community to sort this dispute out. She had the condition I get a separate house which I did but she still refused to come. She has been proved before the community that she has been lying and also on one occasion she stole my documents which were confidential, she took this documents away from me without my knowledge. My main concern is the welfare of my baby and further more with all this kind of attitude of lying and stealing my daughter may develop this kind of attitude. I want advice on the custody of my daughter, can I get my daughters custody under such a circumstance having have proved that she has been lying to an extend stated in the letter of khula is that she wants a separate house and that I have refused which is also a lie and the community members are a witness of the same. She also ended up stealing from me. Please help me and advise.

Tawbah after throwing one's turban on the ground in anger

Q: My friend has a question about tawbah. Once he was very angry and threw his Imamah on the ground. He now keeps thinking it will be a means for
his loss in knowledge. Right away he regretted his actions. He wants to know, does proper sincere taubah for all such actions related to Azmat of things such as the Imamah reverse any ill effects? ( he says he will never do such disrespect to anything).
