Q: I have been going out with a Muslim guy for a while. We shared a lot of things and I love him. I'm positive he loves me too. His parents say they heard some things about me and they won't say who told them but they don't want their son to be with me. In Islam what should have happene? I
mean he decided to make his parents happy and leave me after everything we've been through with each other. I need a point of view from someone who would know please advise.

Q: In my masjid we pray 20 rakaat for tarweeh and then 3 rakaats for witr.  I have heard many people say that taraweeh should only be 8 rakat and then 3 rakat for witr.  Which of these is the correct sunnah?

Q: My son has low iron. He is on medicine. His blood levels go up with the medicine but when the doctors stop the medicine for a couple of months his levels go down. Is there a dua I could read and how much times do I need to read it? I am really worried for him.

Q: Is it permissible to correct the imaam during the qiraat in fardh salaah:

  1. If the imaam makes a mistake which changes the meaning of Quraan?
  2. Imaam jumps to another ayaat and realises this. So the Imaam starts at the beginning of the ayaat and still does not get it right?
  3. Imaam gets stuck during recitation?

​Please explain also in respect to the 3 ayaats being read at this point and also if not?

Q: I had to go buy stock for the company I work for and I was scared to tell my husband this because he would badger me about doing things for the company so I told him a lie and said I went to China Mall for myself instead. On numerous occasions I did tell him the truth and informed him before leaving the garage but he always used to fight with me saying that I should not do anything for the company. On one occasion he even came to the garage and caused a disturbance.  I almost lost my job but thankfully my manager spoke on my behalf. On Saturday, 1 February 2014 I went home after work my husband told me in front of his mother, father and uncle that I must leave and not come back. I need to know what is the status of my nikkah as per shariah?
