How to spend one's salary

Q: I would like to know if there is any guidelines in the shari'ah on how one should spend their money/salary. Someone told me that it was the advice of one of the ulama that your income/salary should be divided into 3 parts:

  1. Charity ie discharging zakaat, qurbani and spending on ones parents etc
  2. For your living essentials and spending.
  3. Savings

What is muftis opinion on the above? Also I would like to know if a person can stop doing the above with no valid reason?

Q: If I make a mistake in my dua for example, instead of saying Ya Allah, make us die with imaan. I say without imaan. This happens in error. Will one be accountable for this? Does he need to seek forgiveness ?

Q: I am having thoughts about all the incorrect duas that I made. I have thoughts such as what if this is not a sin. Here are some examples: I said that I must only stare at Allah or worship Him or not get a certain bounty and maybe many more. So I do not know whether these are sins or not. So please tell me the mininum needed for forgiveness and how will I be forgiven? Please be direct and I want it all to be completely gone. And tell me the minimum needed to be completely and defnitly forgiven.

Closing up the gaps in the saff

Q: If one is reading salaah in jamaat and a musalli in the saff ahead leaves the jamaat due to breaking wudhu can one fill the gap from the saff behind, as he will go ahead of the place of sajda. What happens to salaah should he repeat?
