Raising funds through speaking lies

Q: I have written a business plan but don't have money to start the business. In this situation one of my friend suggested me to go through www.kickstarter.com. It is an online fund raising site for the projects to raise money in the form of donations by people. Is this permissible? and to highlight the project I need to tell some lies. I don't have any other way to get money. I can't get bank loans because of security problems. Please tell me by taking money this way can I start my business? Is it permissible in Islam? I was unable to decided but rather then choosing the wrong way to get money, it is better to beg for the money in front of rich and kind heart people to achieve my dreams. Every one has just one life to live and I want to do something with my life please help me. Give me any dua... which will bring me unlimited success. Whatever stands in my way I always want to came out as a winner. Please tell me some dua to get a success with reference.

Selling the Goods in Advance in a Salam Transaction

Q:

  1. I remember hearing in a program that a person needs to take possession of an item before selling it. I sometimes receive inquiries about my product from people living in other provinces. My supplier is prepared to make courier arrangements for delivery directly to the customer, and add the courier costs to the price of the product. Although the customer receives the goods directly from my supplier, they do not know this as they pay me for the goods and courier costs and I pay the supplier in turn. So, I actually conduct the sale without the goods coming to me. Is this permissible?
  2. Some items are costly and I do not keep any stock with me. Is it permissible for me to charge the customer and then order the goods?

  3. I am also the distributor for an item which is made in another province. I do not have a vehicle of my own to transport the goods and the space to store bulk orders. Is it permissible for me to take orders from customers and get the transport company to deliver directly to the customer?

Muqtadi committing a makrooh action intentionally

Q: If the follower (muqtadi) intentionally omits a necessary action (wajib) or intentionally commits an action that is prohibitively disliked (makruh tahriman) while praying behind the imam, is it necessary (wajib) for him or her to repeat the prayer? Things like leaving out at-Tahiyyaat, or reciting behind imam, reciting at-Tahiyyaat twice etc.

Sajda-e-sahw in a makrooh time

Q: I read that if after the salaam of the salaat a makruh time enters and there was a sajdah sahw to be made, then one is absolved from doing sajdah sahw. But he must repeat the whole salaah. For example, if after the salaam in Fajr the sun has risen, then one should not do sajdah sahw, but he must repeat the whole salaah later on. The same counts for Asr when after the salaah the makruh time enters (i.e. after the suns rays become yellow/orange meaning when one is able to look at the sun without being dazzeld). Is this true ? The same ruling would apply to someone who forgot the sajdah sahw, or lost wudhu after salaam before the sajdah sahw.

Peforming asr Salaah at sunset

Q: If a na baaligh girl has not read asr salaah and thereafter she reads at sunset is it better for her to complete the salaah or to break the salaah?

Surnames

Q: I am a revert to islam and would like to know which verse of the Holy Quran or Hadith says that a revert should retain his surname (my surname is not the name of an idol or such)? And does my wife take my surname or keep her fathers surname?

Uttering an ambiguous word which could imply talaaq

Q: I am actually taking a fiqh course on marriage and divorce but I still don't understand the concepts and I would like to get a second opinion on a question where there is a difference of opinion. If a person uses metaphors of divorce statements with the intention of "wanting to divorce" in the future tense but not to issue a divorce on the spot, are these statements considered in hanafi madhab?  My understanding is that they will not count because divorce was not issued on the spot but I read somewhere that it does. Can I please get a second opinion?

Interpretation of a dream

Q: My mom told me about this dream she had of my male friend. She said that before she went to bed she saw an ad on tv about a circus which may have affected her dream. She dreamed that my male friend invited us to a dog show (where dogs are preemed and made to jump hoops etc). She said we (including herself, my male friends best friend, my sisters and I) were standing at the front of the stands watching, enjoying and laughing while my male friend was dressed in a royal uniform and white gloves with his dog. She said his dog spoke and when the dog was told by him to commence a trick through a hoop, the dog would say no and smile. Then when the person giving score walked away, the dog would do the trick which left my friend embarrassed. She said he would look over to me. We've tried looking up this dream, but to no success. Could you give any clarity as to this dream?

Taubah after Irtidaad

Q: If a believer commits an act of kufr which renders him a murtad thereafter he repents, will that repentance be accepted or not? E.g: Someone spoke bad of Nabi s.a.w so he became a murtad thereafter he repented, will that particular sin of kufr be forgiven or not?
