What is Hajj-e-Badl
Q: What does Hajj-e-Badl refer to?
Q: What does Hajj-e-Badl refer to?
Q: My wife and I went for hajj alhamdulilah. We completed our umrah and waited for the hajj days. The morning of the hajj day, very early, because my wife was pregnant and it was the 8 month of her pregnancy so after advise from prominent ulama they suggested I do the saee for the tawaaf e ziyaraah before the hajj starts. So the morning my wife and I did a nafl tawaaf and with the intention of saee for my wife I joined her to do the saee. In this way we completed the saee and then joined up Ml Olgaa to to do our hajj.
After 5 days of hajj we stayed one extra day in Mina. The next day we came to Makkah and did our tawaaf ziyaraah and my wife did not do the saee as we, according to the advise, she did it before the hajj days, actually the morning before the hajj started. Please advise if this is correct.

Q: In Arafaat, when performing Zuhr and Asr separately in the camp, can one perform nafl salaah at all? Is it advisable?
Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) didn't because he joined Zuhr and Asr then after Asr was makrooh. But what about us?
Q: My husband and I would have been accredited for Hajj this year but he asked SAHUC to remove our names before the list came out as he says he cannot afford it and Hajj is not Fardh on him.
He does own 2 cars but does not have enough disposable cash to pay for the trip.
Is Hajj fardh on him? I can afford to pay for my own Hajj
Q: A woman who has extremely short, curly hair (like is commonly found among the local communities in South Africa) goes to perform umrah.
How does such a woman remove her hair to come out of ihraam, as she will not be able to gather her hair around a fingertip and cut a little more - her hair is too short for that. What does she do? Please advise.
Q:I performed umrah recently on the 13th of Zul Qa’dah. I will be returning to Makkah from Jeddah on the 7th of Zul Hijjah to perform hajj. Is it permissible for me to perform Ifraad Hajj, or do I have to perform Tamattu Hajj?
Q: I wish to perform umrah in Zul Qa’dah so that I will not need to perform Tawaaf-e-Qudoom. After performing umrah, I will remain in Makkah Mukarramah, and thereafter, I will go directly to Mina on the 7th of Zul Hijjah. Is this permissible?
