Q: I recite dua in jalsah (sitting between 2 sajdahs) as per hadith "Allahum magfirli warhamni wajburni warfaani wahdini wa aafini warzuqni". I like to add these words to this dua "wa aauzu bika min kulli balaa id-duniya wa azaabil aakhirah".
I would like to know if adding these words in the dua is permissible or not?
Q: Should we recite At-tahiyat and Durood e Ibrahim with Tajweed? With Ghunna and everything?
Q: If due to sensitivity, the microphone picks up the Imam's voice in the 3rd and 4th rakaat of Zuhr, Asr, Esha and in the 3rd rakaat of Maghrib, does that count as having made Qiraat in a loud voice? Is Sajdah Sahw wajib? Please note that the Imam is not intentionally doing so... He is keeping the voice low but the mic picks it up.

Dua between the 2 sajdahs and حمدا کثیرا طیبا مبارکا فیه after raising from ruku? Or are they to be read in sunnah and nafil salah only

2. In a fard prayer or in a wajib prayer, if two surahs have the same number of verses but not the same number of words then would it be makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite the surah which has less words in the first rakat and to recite the surah which has more words in the second rakat?
