Q: If a cloth has najasat will washing it with soap suffice or we have to wash it 3 times?
Q: Okay I have a question.. and I really do need specific instructions/what to do; please do give a descriptive answer to clear my mind of any doubts..
[This is from what I can remember because it was a while ago]
So the day before I believe I had a 'nocturnal emission' [wet dream] and purified myself. Then the night before I wore a pair of bottoms that I hadn't worn in a while. When I woke up I believe it was fajr time, [can't remember if I had a dream or not] entered the toilet and noticed whitish like tiny patches that were not concentrated in one spot [as it would be normally] nor was the surface of the bottoms to my knowledge 'crusty'. Also it was dry, not wet or damp.. I think the bottoms still smelt clean [Might of been washed before I wore it]. So after thinking about it to myself for a while. [I did have doubts before to do with wudoo' [waswaas etc. but rarely or never before with emissions] I changed, did wudoo' and thinking that it was stains/white specks from a while ago I prayed thinking that I was okay and not in need of wudoo'.. I did have doubts though and later, [after fajr I believe] had a shower [just a normal shower I believe] Now I really don't know and I am confused.. It I was definitely sure I needed ghusl I would repeat the salah... but I just don't know and I am worried about what to do... Please help me
Q: If ghusl becomes obligatory and one takes ghusl from a bucket of water, will the water become mustamal even if hands are washed before putting it into the bucket? I have read that the water becomes mustamal only when the hands are not washed before putting it into the bucket.
Q: Please help me, I have a quite bad waswasa wudu issue and i'm stuck on this fiqh problem, I know the problem looks quite long, but if you could help me, it would make my life easier, please.
In the hanafi madhab, I have read two slightly different interpretations that when does water become Musta'mal water (used water). I have included several examples so you may understand my issue.
OPINION A) Water becomes used when water leaves the BODY
OPINION B) Water becomes used when water leaves the LIMB
To me, this is a distinct difference.
In my wudu following OPINION B, washing my feet has been difficult, due to what I call a boundary issues ie Water may land on the wrong limb (e.g LEG) during washing and flow onto the limb being washed (e.g FEET)-in which this water has now become Musta'mal as it has left the limb (LEG) and gone to a different limb (FOOT).
EXAMPLE 2 ie water lands on slightly above the ankles (leg) and flow onto the ankles-using opinion B this would be Musta'mal water on my ankle instead of purifying water
EXAMPLE 3 for the face- to ensure I wash the entire face, the washing exceeds the boundaries of the face to ensure that the entire face is washed.
This means that I end up having Musta'mal water on my hands which I need to deal with before I wash my face for the second and third time.
EXAMPLE 4 Same for arms, the elbow and upper arm.
So my wudu is taking longer than it should, I could follow OPINION A, this would mean that if water flowed from just above the ankle (leg) onto the foot, this water would still be purifying however, I am nervous my wudu would not be valid because of Opinion B.
Can you help me?
Q: If one was nepak, had relations and did not make ghusal yet, is he allowed to make zikr?
Q: Is mop water napak?
Q: I read online that semen is pure so since semen is taahir if we get wet dreams and semen gets into our clothes and body we don't need to wash it. Do you agree?
Q: For the past few days I haven't had a wet dream the tip has been damp or dry in the morning there is no liquid inside (semen). I don't know if I had a wet dream in the past week.
Q: In jamaat I had a wet dream and I was sleeping in the jamaat khaanah and I had nothing under me and when I had a wet dream I looked inside and there was fresh semen drops and also a patch of semen on my clothes and after I looked I laid back on my side again when this occurred I was laying on my back the while having a wet dream I slowly moved to my side then I checked and could see a big patch of semen. I was half asleep and I moved a bit more to my side. I don't know if the semen touched the carpet in the jamaat kanah. It's worrying me.
