Salaah

Tahiyyatul musjid

Q: In the English translation of Behishti Zewar, Heavenly Ornaments, it says under 'The time of Salaat', 'Rules Related to the Times of Salaat', that: "Once dawn breaks and fajr time enters, then apart from the two rakaats sunnah and two rakaats fard of fajr salaat, it is makruh to offer any other nafl salaat. However, it is permissible to offer any qada salaat and to make sajdah-e-tilaawat." (1) Does this mean that if I happen to perform the two rakaats sunnah at home, it is makruh to perform Tahiyyatul musjid when entering the Musjid? (2) Does this also mean that if I do not perform the two rakaats sunnah at home, it is makruh to perform the two rakaats sunnah with the multiple intention of it being Tahiyyatul musjid as well?

Delaying the Salaah till the last time

Q:

1. I prayed Fajr at about 6:02 and it expires on the calendar at about 6:06, but before I prayed I looked outside and at first I noticed it was light and at the distance I seen in the clouds a reddish smudge, like at the time of Maghrib. Can Fajr expire before the calendar time or is it 100% accurate?

2. I prayed Fajr Qada in-case and at my last rak'ah in tashahhud I didn't have khushoo as I needed to relieve myself, does this affect the validity of my prayer? I leant on one side to hold it and before tasleem I moved back.

Missing a waajib in qadha Salaah

Q: I know that if you miss a waajib in prayer, you must perform sajdah-e-sahw, and if you fail to do so, you should repeat the prayer, so long as its time remains. However, once the time for the prayer is over, the prayer is not to be repeated. What is the status of missing a waajib act in a qada prayer? If you miss a waajib in a qada prayer, and you failed to perform sajdah-e-sahw (or you performed sajdah-e-sahw incorrectly, i.e. you made only one sajdah), do you then have to repeat that qada prayer? Is it merely recommended to repeat that qada prayer or is it waajib to repeat that qada prayer?
