Husband telling the wife " ja ke apni maa ke pass rahu"

Q: I am writing some sentences of my husband which he just spoke 1 and 2 days later. Please guide me. Is there any effect with these on marriage? First day having issue arguing each other he said (aisi biwi nahi chahiya, kehnay lagay iger rehna ha tu live happily other wise do separate. Say your parents you are not happy with this guy kyn ke kaafi time sa hamari larayi Ho rahi ha. Wo kehty mujy samaj mein nahi as araha ha ke tum mary sath reh kyn rahi hon ja k apni maa k pass rahu meri Jaan churu bahsk do mujy etc etc) Please guide me.

A: If he had intended divorce with this statement ja k apni maa k pass rahu then this will constitute a divorce.
