Mazi coming out after ghusal

1. Today after masturbating, mazi kept coming out and even after ghusl I noticed some mazi but before taking ghusl I did urinate and wait. I think mazi was even coming out during ghusl, is my ghusl still valid?

2. In Indian toilet whenever I urinate, during time of washing, I mean when I pour water on my private part it get mix with urine and fall on my underwear, my private part is always soiled with urine because I am mazoor? Do I need to wash my underwear or continue doing wudhu?

3. In Indian toilet when washing private part water splashes back on clothes and feet, is it clean or unclean?

Q: Our pathology lab offered our services to a certain hospital. The hospital told our lab that many other labs also offered their services to them. They said that if we want, they will choose our lab and give us all their contracts, on condition that since they are giving us the business, our lab should pay them a stipulated fee as a token of appreciation. Is it permissible for our lab to pay the hospital this stipulated fee?

Q: When you perform salaah, when doing takbeer to start, should we look up or down? And after raising from rukuand saying "samirallahhulimanhamida", some says you have to say "allahumma rabbanawakalhamd" and others only "rabbana lakalhamd"? Which one is correct according to sunnah? And is it obligatory to say it? If i did not say it, are all my prayers invalid?

They said they will call soon Insha Allah once the General manager comes and the legal problems of the company will be resolved as its a newly established company here in Abu dhabi. Q: I just wanted to confirm that If I take soap water and wipe the area with soap water and then wipe it clean with clean water and cloth will it suffice as I cannot wash the table with water. If I will pour water it will fall on floor making floor napaak, so will wiping it with a wet cloth suffice.
