Q: Does one need to pay zakaat on land purchased abroad in 2008 with the intention of selling in the future? Currently the land is vacant as the prices for land have reduced greatly and demand is very low and the land wont be sold until another 4/5 years at least. If so, how does one calculate?

Q:
1. I have asked many question regarding mazoori but I still have one doubt. I am suffering from urine drops problem and I am a mazoor. I wanted to ask after washing my private part during istinjaa, can I dry my private part with tissue paper? Remember I am a mazoor and when I try to dry my private part with tissue there is water and urine both mixed?
2. Because I am a mazoor, I keep tissue paper for example after performing istinjaa. I keep tissue make wudhu pray Asr and then I recite Qur'an and when maghrib time comes I only renew my wudhu. Will my Maghrib Salaah be valid?

Q: I am 25 years unmarried boy, I know what is mani and wadhi and when to do wudhu and ghusl. My question what is the amount of Madhi should be there in order to wash cloths and private parts. I used to work in night shifts and most of times due to cold and sometimes even if I do a bit delay to urine I got madhi but the amount is very less. Its not even area covered by 1 drop of water. It's very small like a fraction of drop. Sometimes I have to look very closely and then I got a shine through which I realise its madhi. Now in this case must I wash my body and cloths or I just to do "wudhu"(ablution) without washing and changing. This is a problem for me as I have to go to washroom and wash myself and change my clothes sometimes twice a day.

Q: I have missed many namaaz in the past (as per my calculation 17-18 years namaaz). Now for the last one year I am regular in it. My question is regarding my qaza namaaz. I read that I have to perform my qaza farz namaz too. I read a short procedure of performing namaz too, in which I have to recite single time Subhana Rabial Azeem and Subhana Rabial Aalla only once, in Attahiyat short Darood shareef and in 3rd or 4th rakat Subhana Allah 3 times instead of Surah Fatiha, and Rabigfirlli 3 times instead of dua Kanoot. Is it valid? Do I miss my sunnatul Mukada and pray my qaza namaz and complete it as early as possible and then start praying my whole namaz after completing my all qaza namaz?

Q: If a person is praying Zuhr salah at home and a family member calls him from another room, what is the best way to notify the family member that he is in Salaah? Is it ok for him to recite his qira'ah loudly for 1-2 seconds to show that he is praying (even if it is Zuhr salat), or should he say "subhaanallah" loudly or is there any better way?
