Q: “Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft‑Forgiving, Most Merciful” [al-Furqaan 25:68-70]
Above saying from Allah that repent and do righteous deeds so if you repent do you also need to do righteous deeds sametime for your repentance to get accepted? Another way of asking is, If you just repent without doing righteous deeds, would Allah accept your repentance? or you have to repent
and also need to do righteous deeds to get your repentance accepted? Also how long do you need to do righteous deeds?

Q: Besides the Monday and Thursday fast, what are some other days that one should keep Nafl Fast? I have heard people say that one should fast on Ashura, and 15th of Shaban (Shab-E-Baraat), and on the birthday of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)? Are any of these correct or should these be avoided?

Q: I am asking a question on behalf of a trust who runs musjids and madressas, schools and clinics. We had a executive committee meeting in which couple of members said to deposit excess money which we have in an interest bearing account and use that money for Roads, Toilets, Walls, etc. There was disagreement, most members disagreed and but was agreed to ask Mufti to address the question.

When she reaches her destination, and she becomes tahirah, will she read qasr salaah or she will first have to travel a safr distance from there in order to read qasr or will she have to count the number of days she will be staying there from the day she becomes pure inorder to read qasr? Kindly send me the reference as well.
