Haaji making Umrah in Zil Qadah

Q: My question is, I have done niyyah of Hajj this year. If I perform Umra in zil Qada so that I would not need to do tawaf-e-qudoom and directly go to Mina on the 7th Zil Hajj. Is it permissable or I have to do it again?

Travelling to Jeddah

Q: What is the shar’i ruling in the case where a person (if he is local and his intention is to only do tawaaf and go to Jeddah) passed the miqaat without tying the ihraam? Please answer this query as I have to frequently travel to Jeddah.

Sterling silver rings

Q: Is it permissible for men and women to wear sterling silver rings? If not permissible what is the reason?

Washing impurities from the floor

Q: There was blood on the bathroom floor that I wiped up using tissue quite a while ago.  You can hardly see it now in fact not even at all, therefore I do not know the exact locations of where the impurities. When the floor is wet now and I stand on it shall I assume that the impurities have transferred?

I'tikaaf in a place which has many Masaajids

Q: Here in Bokaap (Cape Town) in an area of about 2km there are 11 masaajid. So now will it suffice if someone sits for sunnat itikaaf in one of the 11 masajid, or is it necessary for someone to sit in each of the 11 masaajids?

Using waqf money in the manner the donor specified

Q: I had made a Hiba of a property to a charitable organisation with the intention of Isaal-e-Sawaab and stipulated that the income from the property be utilised for charity purposes only, example for the poor and needy, widows, orphans, for their medical and educational purposes and for mosques and madrasas etc. and also requested that a seperate account be maintained for this purpose. This understanding was put on a paper as a document in the form of Memorandum of Understanding and the caretakers of the charitable organisation accepted the offer along with these conditions and signed the document also. Now they have ustilised the revenue from the gifted property to clear up some liabilities of the organisation which they owe to a Bait ul Maal from which they had wrongly withdrawn money for the purpose of construction of a property belonging to the charitable organisation although the money in that particular Bait ul Maal account was made up of only Zakaat money. Now the caretakers have transfered money from he income generated from my gifted property into the Bait ul Maal account to comopensate for the money they had wrongly withdrawn earlier. This is real and sole intention in the transfer of money although the money so transfered into the Bait ul Maal account would eventually be utilised for distributing to Zakat deserving
people only. But please advice whether this procedure adopted by the caretakers [muttawalis] in this manner is right or wrong.

Q: At work sometimes there isn't enough time to pray Asr before closing. Is it possible for me as a female to pray my salaah whilst the azaan is being given.

Faskh of nikaah

Q: I received my faskh via a Moulana and did not go through the shariah court or our MJC. The moulana confirmed that I have grounds for my faskh as I advised that my husband does not fully support me and the children and makes more time for his friends. He also spends weekends at his parents house without me and the kids. The moulana only confirmed this with my husband and then provided my annulment certificate in the same week. I heard on the radio that a faskh will not be valid by any Imam or moulana as it must go through the Muslim judicial counsel. Is this necessary? Is my faskh valid and is it compulsory for me to go for counselling first?
