Q: One person who has ta'lluq with the salafees told me that making dua with jamaat after salaah is not established. Therefore we shouldn't make it in group. Rather each one should make his dua separately.

Q: I lead the prayers in the Masjid. Many people stand with there children in the first saff. The children are under 9. When I tell them make the children stand at the back they do not listen. What is the Shar'iee hukm? Is it makruh for them to stand in first saff? Are they allowed to stand in second saff or they should stand in last row on the left side? Please give me reference from Hadith so I could explain to them and also if they do not listen how should I advise them?

Q:
- Is Zakat due on the current market value of the land or the original value at which it was bought given that the land is still in my possesion? Also the intention of buying this land is to build a house for personal use.
- In order to avoid Riba (interest) to buy a house without mortgage, I am intending to buy land(s) such that after few years I will buy a house for my own personal use after selling 1 or more lands. Is Zakat still due on this land(s)? If yes then on principal amount or current market value?

Q: One of my teachers does not talk to me because of some misunderstanding which was not my fault. I tried to explain to hime but he did not believe me. Now when I see him while driving, I put my hand up to greet him but he does not respond. I also see him in the supermarket but he just walks past me. I said salaam in a loud tone but he did not reply. My question is that as a Muslim is my duty fulfilled by trying to talk to him and if I see him I would make Salam or put my hand up. Will I be sinful because he does not not talk to me? Have I done my duty?

Q: After urinating I clean myself with tissue till all the drops go, then I wash with water. When I'm satisfied I begin my wudu and after wudu I check again to see if any drops came on the toilet paper. Most of the time I find drops less than a big coin size (the drops add to a uk 5 pence coin). Now I have waswasa in this situation should I clean the drops and perform wudhu again or clean the drops and no wudu? Normally I always perform wudhu even if it is less than a big coin. To be safe should I perform wudhu again or would that be classified as wasting water. Please advise me.
