Will flowing blood break wudhu?

Does wudu break when we bleed from any part of the body or just from the parts of wudu?
What if the blood has flown and we don't know? Will the salah be accepted in this case?
What if we have doubt whether the blood has flown or not where we can't see like on the back, etc?
