Wudhu

Q:

1. Does touching your private part directly break your wudhu?

2. Does touching your private part through your clothing break your wudhu?

Q: It is sunnah to do miswaak before going to bed but if a person performs salah before bedtime and does his miswaak during ablution, does he need to do miswaak again before going to bed? If he made intention while making miswaak that it will be both for namaz and before going to bed, should he do it again?

Q:

1. If a woman has a leucorrhea discharge problem and she knows after an hour or so she will experience a discharge but after performing ablution she inserts a tissue in the private area and offers her prayers the whole day knowing the fact that the discharge will be there when she will remove the tissue, will the salah perform in such condition be valid?

2. What is the shariah ruling regarding this?

3. Should she remove the tissue, clean and wipe the private area and then perform a fresh ablution when she knows she discharged?

4. If she does not insert the tissue and she offers her prayer and in the prayer she feels the discharge, will the wudhu break? Does she need to perform salaah again?

Q: Can you say bismillah in a bathroom when you do wudu, bathroom might have a toilet or might not.

Q: During wudhu, if a person forgets to wash a limb and only remembers after washing another limb, what should he do?

Q: A patient is admitted to hospital but not in a serious condition and is mobile. However the patient is given a drip and plaster is used to cover the drip. What is the rule regarding wudhu?

Q: When I perform wudhu for salaah, I sometimes forget to put water in my nose and instead go straight to washing my face. After I wash my face, when I realize that I did not put water in my nose, then what should I do? Should I restart the entire wudhu from the beginning or should I just put water in my nose and continue?

Q: During Salah I sometimes feel as if there are some air bubbles that pass out through my front passage. However there is no smell or sound. This causes me great uncertainty. Does this wind from a woman's front passage break wudu? I am Hanafi.

Q: I have a minor leakage from my anus. I don’t feel when it’s leaking and I don’t see any stains on my undergarment, but for the last few days while I’m walking or in a standing position, I feel stickyness between my legs and I feel there’s something leaking which doesn’t appear. Will this break my wudhu, do I need to take ghusl?

Q: I want to know whether ghusal and wudhu can be done in a bathroom? As it is wellknown that toilet and bathroom are combined these days so is the wudhu valid?
