Semen coming out with desire and force

Q: I need clarification on this issue. I would appreciate a detailed response if that is ok. Does mere orgasm in a man or woman require ghusl? I was studying fiqh [quduri] with a brother and he said even if you have an orgasm and nothing comes out ghusl will be required. His reasoning was the text mentions leaving its place of origin [i.e. the loins] and when you orgasm this sperm leaves its place of origin. I further asked him what if you took 40 steps or slept or urinated and then sperm came out without desire, he said even then ghusl required as it is stuck in the passageway and will come out with urination. But sunnipath says otherwise:

In the Hanafi school, in order for the ejaculation to nullify ritual purity, it must be accompanied with sexual gratification (shah-wah) at the time of leaving it's place of origin (i.e. the loins). Once orgasm has begun and based on it ejaculate exists from the penis, ritual purification will be nullified. According to the stronger opinion within the school, forceful exiting in spurts is not a condition provided that the initial cause was orgasm and sexual gratification (and not lifting some heavy object etc.). Given this, semen which remained in the passageway and exited after the completion of ghusl will require that the ghusl be repeated. However, when sleep, urinating or excessive walking occurs after the bath and before the exiting of the semen, due to these movements cleaning the passageway and halting the dripping of all semen, any semen to exit thereafter will not be attributed to the initial gratification. In the latter case, owing to absence of sexual gratification, ritual purity will remain intact. [Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar, 1.160]

Discharge of a ma'zoor

Q: I would like to know please, if a women gets discharge:

  1. Does she have to make a fresh wudhu for zuhar salaah if she made wudhu after sunrise?
  2. If not does she have to check and remove the najasah?
  3. I the discharge is not regular(eg: she may not experience discharge for whole day), will she still have to make a fresh wudhu for each salaah?

Retrograde ejaculation

Q: Because of medication, I experience retrograde ejaculation. When I reach an orgasm during sleep (due to a dream), nothing comes out, since the sperm is redirected to the urinary bladder and comes out later, with the urine. Does such a "wet dream" necessitate ghusl even though it isn't wet in my case?

Urine problem

Q: After urinating, very little urine leaks out, it's only a tiny drop of urine.  I don't notice when urine comes out, I cover and wrap my private part with tissue. When I check the tissue I see very little bit wet.

  1. Can I pray more than 1 salah with 1 wudu for example pray zuhr and asr with 1 wudu?
  2. I was told to do wudu for every prayer but it's difficult for me, I am not well.  If I pray more 1 salah with 1 wudu, would I be sinful?
  3. I was told to ignore my urine problem, if I pay attention to it then shaytaan will hassle me so  shall I stop checking if a drop of urine came out or not?

Doubts regarding tahaarat and purity

Q:

  1. I am over conscious about purity and cleanliness. Even though I do my best to wear clean clothes, have clean body and wudu properly so I can offer salah perfectly but I always have doubt about cleanliness. I feel if I touch most things I'll get germs I have to repeat my wudu again. I can't able to do wudu any place anywhere I worry about cleanliness of the place. I have 3 different clothes, I wear 1 set of clothes for toliet, I have 1 set of clothes for going out and I have 1 set of clothes for praying salah.  I worry that if I wear same clothes that I went to toliet with that clothes wouldn't be clean for salah.  I wear sandals at home because I don't want to get germs or dirt from carpet.  I try to avoid touching the door handles so I don't want to get infected with germs. I get thoughts  place where I pray it's not clean enough. If some else prays on my praying mat (carpet) I feel that person made my mat dirty I have to wash it. I waste too much water and long time in wudu and ghusl. I follow the tiny things that are not even seen by eyes to clean them and remove them. After I do wudu I get thoughts like I didn't do wudu properly or I didn't wash 3 times each part of body or I have to repeat wudu again because I was bit careless when doing wudu.  These thoughts I get do I have to accept them or ignore them? I feel if I don't listen to these thoughts my prayer will not be valid?
  2. How do keep yourself clean but not trying too hard or listening to shaytaan whispers?
  3. I am pretty sure I am suffering waswasas with regards to cleanliness, how can I stop these thoughts?
