Q: I had donated a rented building to a charitable organisation. Recently lot of Muslims have settled down in that locality and there is a need for a mosque. Can a mosque be constructed on the first floor of the building I had given away in waqf to the charitable organisation?

Q: A man is living in a house left behind by his father. According to a mutual understanding between his brothers and sisters, a low rent has been fixed which is distributed 2:1 between all the brothers and sisters including this man residing in the house. Q: Would these words affect our nikkah in urdu language"zara tehro main tumhain likh ker deta hoon ke talaaq deta hoon" means in English "hold on I give you talaaq in writing" but did'nt write in writing after saying that?
