Q: I have signed on a piece of blank paper and gave this paper to my legal advocate as he required this paper for some legal actions against my wife as she was filling some false cases in the court. When I was out of town my advocate prepared a divorce deed on the blank paper signed by me to counter the false cases initiated by my wife against me. This divorce letter was sent to my wife a month ago and now my wife wants to settle the issues between us and wants to return to me as my wife. Please advice if this divorce can be revocable or not? Pleaase note that I never had any intention of divorcing her. Also I never said verbal talaaq word in front of her. Please I need your advice urgently as already one month and 15 days have passed from the date that letter was sent to my wife who is residing with her parents in a different city.
Q: Theres a couple that has been divorced about 6 months ago. Husband gave wife 3 talaaqs at once in anger. He also gave her prior to that 2 talaaqs. Moulanas of this town have told her that once 3 is given marriage is over completely. My question is if she gets married to someone else and divorces that person just to get back to the 1st husband is it valid? (To my knowledge I know its not allowed because you have to really be in that marriage and only once that husband really has problems then only can he divorce her). Is this correct? Also is there any other way besides this of the husband and wife getting back to each other?
Q: I have a question about divorce. My husband is a high blood pressure patient and nowadays he is suffering from facial paralysis and a heart problem as well. So when his BP shoots, he is not even in his senses. Q: I'm an Imaam and teacher in madrassah, married since 3 years. From the beginning of our marriage life we had difficulties during sexual intercourse. After Ruqya the problem was solved but gradually there has been repeated discussion between us and that ended with a first talaq. After reconciliation, the same problem repeated again and again, till a second talaq was pronounced. But we reconciled. And all the discussion started each week on every same day. Last month, it so happened that after being refused for sexual intercourse, and un knowingly that my wife was suffering from pain, I stated these words: "If my private part penetrates yours then the third talaaq will take place". Is there any solution for uniting us? Is there any kaffaarah for it?
