Q: When a lady receives a divorce by her husband. What is the Islamic ruling in the event she has nowhere to go?
Q: My daughter's husband passed away, she is now in iddat. We are so confused as to the rules about her going out in our backyard. We were told, she cannot go in our backyard if we don't have a cover, something like she can't be under the sky. Basically we want to know if she is allowed to go out and sit in the backyard.
Q:
1. If a talaaq is given, and the woman is a registered student at a tertiary institution, may she attend classes during her iddah?
2. Is the above the same as when a woman has a job and she has to work. Out of necessity during her iddah?
3. Where should the woman, still a student, live?
Q: My cousin passed away a few days ago. He had a wife and a 28 day old son. Can she get married during her iddat? What are the things a woman in iddat should refrain from doing?
Q: Can a man gesture to a woman in iddat of talaaq that he is interested in her after her iddat?
Q: Can a woman who is in iddat due to the passing away of her husband, move to the house of a family member if the house they were residing in was rented?

Q: Can you please help me with the Islamic ruling on the following:
1. If a woman in her iddah falls pregnant from another man during her iddah through adultery, how does that affect her iddah? She was not pregnant at the time the talaaq was given. She has not had relations with her husband at all for 4 months before the talaaq was given and neither after (they slept in different bedrooms). She had one menstrual cycle during the iddah and fell pregnant in month 2 with another man's child. This was the second talaaq as the husband issued one talaaq on a previous occassion but took her back during the iddah period. How will she proceed with the iddah?
2. If she aborts, how does that affect the iddah?
Q: Is it necessary for a woman to go to her father's house on the next day after she completes her iddat?
Also, what rules should a woman follow after her iddat is completed?
Q: Can a woman work during her iddat following a divorce?
