Q: Main abhi Iraq main houn.meri wife k sath pic send karnay py behas hui.usnay meri bat ko ghalat smjha.ghalatfehmi peda hui usky sath aur jagra hua.many gussay main aky sirf yeh bola "many tumhain hal pay chora chao to cchor do mujy tum" phir usny dobara msgs kiye ultay sedhay to many phir likha "ajsay many tumhain tumhary hal py chora"  Lakin mujy talak k ilfaz ka pata ha Quran ka pata ha aur tarjuma sy Quran parha hua ha...manay na to talaq ki neyat sy dia tha...bs tang akay bola k roz k jagray hotay hain means tum lagi raho ab main kuch nahi bolta tumhain...yeh point tha...aur agar talaq deni hoti to main deta bcz darany k lia main aksar talaq ka bola karta tha...lakin kabhi nahi di lafz b ada nahi kiye...bas tang akay bola sb...kia talaq hui ?

Un words ko mere wife ne suna tha dusre din unhone bataya tb muje pata chala ke maine aise kaha hai. To ye hosh me na hone ke vajah se maine kahe huye talaq words se talaq hota hai kya? Q: I am in a big tension when I read all this pages and questions and answers that small word also affects nikah, I just want to know ki mujhe sirf shak hai aur Humana hai aur naahi saaf taur pe yaad hai, ki jhagde mein mere shohar ne mujhe 'chod diya'yeh alfaaz kaha mujhe itna yakeenan pata hai ki unhone koi aisa jhumla nahi kaha jaise jo Saafsaaf zaahir karey jaise 'Maine tujhe chod diya'.mujhe sirf Halka sa yeh Gumaan hai ki humare chote se jhagde mein Maine kaha 'mujhe nahi Rehna chod do n unohne kaha choddiya'yeh sirf mujhe shak hai ki is tarah ki hamare darmiyaan choti si fight hui,halake mere husband kehtey hai ki unhone kabhi bhi 'chod diya'alfaaz nahi nikala, magar mujhe sirf aisa gumaan hai,kya isse mere nikaah pe kuch farq hoga and kya gumaan ke basis per descission Lena sahi hai?

Meri wife apnay baap k ghar thi or naraz bhe. mai ne sms kia k tum agar mere sath nhi rehna chahti to theek hai lkn us ka koi reply na aya. phr mai ne emotional sms krna start kr dye. jaisay k tum baad mai(yani alag honay k baad) aisa kerna wesa krna, apni ID card change krwa lena(mere sur name wala). lakin ye sb kuch future sentences thy. to kia hukam hai. 2. agar biwi kahay k muje ao se kabi sukh ni mila or shohar agay se kahay k koi or dekh lo(yani husband) to kia hukam hai. meharbani farma ker thori c wazahat b frma dia kren ta k sb shakooq door ho jain.
