Q: Girl's choice in marriage is final though violating other family and status equality as given in fiqh of marriage. Allah orders children not to cause grievous hurt to the heart of parents. Allah says, he does not delay punishment to such children in this very world. So how can such marriages be happy? Is not the marriage with the approval of both the girl and her parents more meritorious and rewarding? And are parents entitled to say to the girl that if she's bent upon her own choice, she should do it without parents taking any part in it as they aren't accepting her choice?

Q: My question is my sister who is in love with her khala's son but the problem in their marriage is that once she was crying in childhood so her khala made her drink milk from her own, so we consulted many Maulanas. They rejected their marriage. So we then approached to Jamie (bhatkal) they suggested it is possible in the Shaafi'ee mazhab but not in the Hanafi Mazhab and we belong to the Hanafi Mazhab and the main problem is they are madly in love. Please suggest me solution as early as possible.

Q: My husband is diabatic and is on strong medicians which has side effects. One of the side effects is he can't always have sex, so to fulfill my needs he uses his mouth to satisfy me. He dosen't place his mouth inside me but at the outkirts of my vagina. My problem is I feel very guilty because its against the sunnah, although my husband tells me it is not haraam and he can not perform sex like a healthy person. Sometime he uses his fingers but that can be painful.
