Visiting the graveyard

Q: Kindly confirm whether taking my 5 years old son to the graveyard after Maghrib Salah or Isha Salah is allowed?

Q: Are women prohibited from visiting the graveyard in every situation? Even if she is not in haidh or nifaas?

Q: My mother passed away 6 months ago and a fraction of my siblings make it a ritual to visit her grave every Sunday. They have been doing so religiously without fail since the day she was laid to rest. They recite a few verses and the gravesight is made beautiful and has the greenest grass. How does this benefit the dead?

Q: It is a family practice to always make dua for all the deceased before leaving the graveyard. Is this according to the Sunnah and is this permissible?
