Hajj & Umrah

Q: There is a lot of fitnah happening in Saudi Arabia; the government is allowing a lot of haraam there. The Hajj is being used by the government to extort money from Muslims. Muslims are committing a lot of haraam near the Kaaba; there are reports of men touching women's buttocks during the circumambulation of the Kaaba. Many are taking photos inside the Hajj to the point where it's almost impossible to avoid being recorded. 

Would it be permissible to postpone the Fard Hajj until things improve in Saudi Arabia, thus allowing for a purer Hajj without involving haram?

Q: My question is regarding Hajj. 

I would like to know what is the difference between dam e shukar and qurbani? 

Do I have to 2 different qurbanis? 

If I do dam e shukar in Makkah, can I come out of ihraam or do I have to also do my qurbani and then come out of ihraam? 

I plan to do my qurbani in Malawi and dum a shukar in Makkah.

Q: I am a 21 year old male who consistently suffers from urinary incontinence. I usually place a piece of tissue in my underwear after urinating just incase some urine drops may come out. 

I plan on one day going for umrah but I am afraid that my condition may cause difficulties especially if I should need to use the toilet whilst in ihraam. How can I possibly solve this issue as a whole? 

I have also read from a previous post that it is permissible to place a bag or wear adult diapers under the ihraam, in such a case does the diaper have to be without any stitching or sewing and how would one secure a bag to ensure it doesn’t fall out?

Q: Is it permissible to sell zamzam?

Q: Someone went for Umrah and before starting, emptied his bladder as he had the desire for it and then reached Haram Shareef. It was too crowded and he had to walk a long distance to enter Haram as the passages were closed. Now after a while, before starting Umrah, he again had the desire to empty his bladder (though he did not eat or drink for the past 6 hours to avoid this problem). He felt it is difficult to go out to relieve again and started and completed Umrah and during Umrah, Esha jamaat as well. That feeling was off and on. 

Will the Umrah be valid? If not what is to be done, sadaqah or repeating the umrah? 

If umrah was not valid, did he come out of ihram after completing Umrah and performing Halaq? 

He repeated Esha prayer. Was it needed or not?

Q: Myself and my family will be going for umrah in March In Sha Allah. 

I am in niqaab and I wanted to find out the ruling if I can keep my niqaab on and give out a damm as I make pardah from my brother in law's and they are going to be with so I can't take it off completely.

Q: We came on Umrah with kids and my 6 years 8 months old fell too sick that we have to take him to emergency in Mecca in the state of ihram. 

We treated him and then my wife and my daughter we performed Umrah Alhamdulilah. But due to his sickness we can’t take him for umrah and he had to be taken out of ihram state to take rest. What should I do? Is Damm or Sadqah wajib on me?

Q: 

1. When in Madina Munawwarah, can a person give Salaam to Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم from anywhere in Masjid Nabawi? 

2. Can the above action also be done while sitting outside the Masjid while at the qibla wall side? 

3. Can salaam also be given to Abu Bakr and Umar رضي الله عنهما from these place or is it only possible when directly in front of the Qabrs?

Q: My wife wants to make tawaf on the mataf and I don't want to because I need to wear the ihraam and go. I was told not to wear the ihraam and go because I will be lying that I am making Umrah and I wouldn't be making umrah. What must I do?

Q: I have difficulty with my knees while walking long distances. 

1. While in the state of ihraam, will it permissible for me to wear a knee guard? 

2. In the state of ihraam, can I wear an ankle guard?
