Resident of Jeddah wearing ihraam when going to Makkah

Q:

1. If a person is living in Jeddah for job purposes. He goes to Pakistan for one month leave (crosses the meeqat) and returns to Jeddah after one month. Now if he intends to go to Masjid ul Haram, does he need to wear ihraam or can he go for tawaf or prayers, etc.?

2. If this person goes to Madinah from Jedddah, he is crossing the meeqat, then he returns to Jeddah on the same day. Now if he goes to Masjid ul Haram, does he need to wear ihraam and first perform umrah or can he go to the Haram for tawaf and prayer, etc. without ihraam.

Entering Makkah without ihraam

Q: I am planning to go for Umrah in Ramadhaan. We will be reaching Jeddah at around 10 pm and after immigration formalities we will travel to Makkah. We will hardly be reaching around Sehri.

The problem is that we will be too tired to perform Umrah immediately. Is it possible that we will not make niyyat of ihraam and after reaching the hotel, we will take rest and then the next day in the evening after Iftar we will go to nearest miqaat place and then make niyyat of ihram and perform Umrah.

Is it compulsory to don the ihraam when returning to Makkah after visiting Jeddah?

Q:

1. Zaid is going for umrah next month with his family, after performing umrah, when in Makkah Mukarramah, he plans on going to Jeddah with his family to the beach and places of tourists attractions, on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, is it compulsory for the family to have Ihram on and do Umrah again?

2. In the above situation, if it's compulsory for them to do Umrah and put on Ihram, can they put on Ihram from Jeddah, if not then from which place?

3. In the above situation, is there any way or leeway in Shari'ah that when going to Jeddah from Makkah Mukarramah on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, the family don't have to put on Ihram and do Umrah?

Wearing one's ihraam before boarding a plane

Q: I will be flying from London for ummrah Insha Allah, but I don't want to wear ihraam from London on the plane because we have to use the plane toilets and I dont think we will stay clean as the toilets are very small and dirty. If I go to Makkah and I wear my ihraam at Masjid-e-Ayesha with the intention of doing umrah the next day, is that permissible? Or do I have to wear ihram in the plane or from London? Please advise.

Does one need to tie ihraam when flying over the miqaat when going to Madinah?

Q: Alhamdulillah a few years back Allah had afforded me with the opportunity to perform umrah. We flew from Jhb to Madina, and from Madina then took a taxi to the miqaat to tie ihraam and proceed to perform umrah. However while flying we flew over the miqaat, and I was wondering, were we supposed to tie ihraam on the plane before landing in Madina. If yes, then should dumm be paid?
