Sitting on a chair and performing Salaah due to back pain

Q: I am having some trouble in reading Namaz and I want some suggestions from you. I am suffering from back pain together with sciatica and lumber disorder (pain affecting the back, hip, and leg, etc.). Owing to which I am unable to perform sajda and rukoo smoothly in the traditional way. Doctor says that it is caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back at L4 and L5 etc. by degeneration of an intervertebral disc.). So, Doctor suggested to me to avoid standing and sitting for a long time, bending/leaning of the back, squatting, lifting weight, etc. as it will lead in worsening my condition. So, in fear of Doctors advice I am using a stool/chair in offering salat. My question is, am I doing the right thing or is there any way in which I can read namaz? Please suggest ways in which I can offer my Namaz on a regular basis without having to compromise my health.

Dua after Durood in Salaah

Q: Is the following commonly recited dua after durood thabit?

اللهم اغفرلي و لوالدي و لأستاذي و لجميع المؤمنين و المؤمنات و المسلمين و المسلسلات برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين

Performing Salaah on the plane

Q: With regard to travelling on the plane and the time of Salaah setting in particularly Maghrib. Often there is a clash between time of Salaah and the passengers busy seating themselves making it difficult to go to a space and perform Salaah. Otherwise the direction of qibla may be difficult to face.

Lastly is it permissible in such circumstances for a person who is completely fit to sit and perform Salaah in his/her seat?

Performing salaah in the musjid before going to the taraaweeh venues

Q: In the month of Ramadhaan, there are many jamaats for Taraaweeh salaah in our area. Taraaweeh salaah is performed in homes, garages, factories, etc.

Certain people do not perform the Esha salaah in the musjid, but rather perform it at the venue where they perform the taraaweeh salaah. As soon as the time of Esha enters, they perform their Esha salaah and then commence their Taraaweeh salaah. In our area, the musjid is close to the venues of these taraaweeh jamaats.

Is it correct for the people to perform their Esha salaah in the taraaweeh venues or should they perform their Esha Salaah in the Musjid and thereafter proceed to their taraaweeh venues?

Reciting durood when hearing the blessed name of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)

Q: I had heard that whosoever does not send durood on the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) when they hear the prophets name, they are cursed by Jibrel and Ameen was said by the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). Is it correct? Now if  its is, then what are the rulings if we hear the name of prophet in namaz (Salah) from other people? And while listening to Qur'an in Salah And what if we were reciting Quran and we heard the name of the prophet? Could you please tell me.
