Q: I take Pietermaritzburg as my home (Wathne Asli), however due to me studying and being married, I live in Isipingo Beach and take Isipingo as my Wathne Iqaamat. If I stay in Isipingo for less than 15 days will I be a musaafir in Isipingo? Doesَ my wife have to follow my intention as taking Pietermaritzburg as my Wathne Asli and Isipingo as my Wathne Iqaamat, or can she take Isipingo as her Wathne Asli?
Rukoo aur sajdah me dua parhna
Q: Namaaz ke beech (ruku aur sajdah ke beech) dua jaise ke (rabbi auzubika min hamazatish shayaateen) parna jaaiz he?
Completing the salaah individually if the imaam performs 3 rakaats
Q: Our imaam offered 3 rakahs instead of 4 rakahs in asr farz Salah and ended the salah. No one interrupted him for his mistake and all the people ended offering 3 rakahs, then people said it was only 3 rakahs completed so the imam repeated the 4 rakahs again and every body prayed 4 rakahs again.
My question is if a person is behind a imam in the above case and is aware that the imam has made a mistake can he individually continue the same Salah and complete it ?
Harm of intentionally omitting salaah
Q: May some worldly harms of intentionally not performing Fardh Salaat be given.
Performing Asr Salaah just before Maghrib azaan
Q:
1. I offered my Asr salah aproximately 30 seconds before the Maghrib Adhan. Will I have to repeat the prayer because I offered it in the forbidden time?
2. I did not have the niyyah of offering the prayer as qadha? Is it necessary to also specify in the niyyah that the prayer is qadha?
Calling out Azaan on the loudspeaker
Q: I would like to know what is the provision of using the loudspeakers in Islam. We have recently moved homes, and the mosque next to us loudly starts prayers at 4.45am, then 5am, then 5.30am and so on through the day, using the loudspeakers at maximum volume. Is this allowed according to the shariat?
Performing salaah with a short sleeve t-shirt and three quarter shorts
Q: Is it permissible that a person can offer Salah in a t-shirt that is half sleeved and does not have any image printed upon it? Also what is the ruling regarding three quarter shorts.
Namaaz me shak
Q:
1. Me baitul khala jaane ke baad ghusal karleta hu aur phir tahaarat lene ke baad dekhta hu ke koi najaasat baaki he ya nahi to dekhne par kabi kabaar peeche ke raaste se ayk dam peechhe me thore zarraat rehte he jo peshaab bilkul bhi nahi he. Kya woh zarraat rehne se tahaarat saheeh hogi aur is shak ki wajah se me boht baar naaha raha hu.
2. Mujhe namaaz me baar baar shak aata he ke me ne kitni rakaat parhi aur har baar paanch rakaat fard parhraha hoon aur kabhi che rakaat. Kya iska koi ilaaj he aur jab me 2,3,4 rakaat main mujhe ziyaada pata hota he me ne itni rakaat parhi he aur phir bhi shak hota he aur phir me bhooljaata hoon ke mene kitne rakaat parhi he aisa shak hone par kya karna chaahiye?
Performing qadha salaah during istihaadhah
Q: I'm currently offering my qadha salahs for which each day matters alot. I suffered from istihadah this month and was told not to offer qadha salah during istihadah. Kindly let me know the ruling of qadha salah and recitation of Quran during istihadah.
