Q: When will a ma'zoor's wudhu expire? When the sun starts setting or after it has set?

Q: A 87 year old male is permanently taking over 7 different medications, including insulin injections twice daily. After he had rectal operation to remove cancer, he cannot control his bowel and bladder very well. Before this he prayed 5 times daily. The situation is this:
He has to visit the toilet frequently for bladder and bowel. His clothes always have some napaaki on them. He is not fit and healthy enough to perform istinja/ wuzu without making more napaaki. He is only able to have full bath/change clothes every 1 or 2 weeks. He can do istinja/ wuzu and change clothes for Eid prayer, but not daily. Besides this, he is alright and looks fit and healthy for his age, he has no other mobility problems, and we thank only Allah for this.
Mufti Sahib, so if (1) istinja/ wuzu is a problem and (2) changing clothes frequently is also a problem, both problem are affecting this person. What is the ruling regarding salah, i.e. Taharat, tiyamum etc?
He has not read namaz for past 12 months due to these issues, but he desperately wants to read namaz.
Q: I have a question regarding discharge. Sometimes the flow is constant, sometimes very less. Do I need to repeat my wudhu before every prayer? e.g: Will the wudhu for tahajjud suffice for fajr if there is no discharge and likewise for asr/maghrib?
Q: In a country where esha and fajr time does not exist in certain months like England UK, can a Mazoor person who has made wudhu for maghrib salaah pray esha and fajr with the wudhu which was made for maghrib salaah?
Q: Mazoor person who has to do wudhu for each salaah, does he have to do wudhu for maghrib and esha salaah separately, when combining maghrib and esha salaah in Muzdalifah or making wudhu once for maghrib will suffice for both prayers maghrib and esha?
Q: I have a continuous gas problem, all the time gas is released, I find it difficult to make wudhu all the time, can't I classify myself as a mazur?

Q: If a woman has urinary incontinence, what are the rules concerning her wudhu?
Q: My problem is that when I intend to pray a lot of gas starts to build up in my bowels. I make wudhu with difficulty by stopping it and pray in the same way. This problem always occurs whenever I decide to pray. At other times, I have gas problems comparable to a normal person. Following is an account of hardships that I have been facing because of it.
