Removing the Qur'an from one's pocket before going to the toilet

Q: If a person has a small Quran in his top pocket that is zipped closed, and he entered the toilet like this, would this be sinful or permissible?

A: He should not enter the toilet with the Qur'an. Instead he should remove the Qur'an before entering the toilet.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
