Q: When is/are the ideal time(s) of day to read the following three times and what is the virtue in doing so? Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, `adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi?
A: Read it after Fajr and after Maghrib.
It appears in the hadeeth that Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) had once come to the home of Ummul Mu'mineen Hadhrat Juwayriyyah (radhiyallahu anha) and found her reciting tasbeeh. Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) then told her, "Should I not teach you a few words that will be more rewarding than what you are reciting." He thereafter taught her this du`aa which is to be recited thrice.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: Muftisaab stated the Hadeeth mentioning Hadhrat Juwayriyyah (radhiyallahu anha) and said that after Fajr is when we read the following:
"Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, `adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi"
In order to get the reward mentioned by Rasool sallalahu alaihi wasallam in the hadeeth, does this dua need to be read immediately after Fajar within the time of Fajar- as in before Sun Rise? Or would it also suffice to read it after sun rise in order to get the reward that Rasool sallalahu alaihi wasallam informed Hadhrat Juwayriyyah (radhiyallahu anha) of? The reason for asking is that I try to read this dua whilst walking to work which is sometimes 1-3 hours after the time of sun rise. Would I still get the same reward or is the reward only applicable from the time of Fajar to sun rise?
A: This can be read at any time after Fajr has set in.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
