Are a woman's nephews her mahram

Q: At what age does your nephews become mahram? And your brother who is divorced, is his son regarded as your mahram?

1. All those people who one is unable to marry throughout his life are referred to as his mahrams. Hence a woman's nephews are her mahrams.
