Experiencing some feelings when exercising on a bicycle

Q: If an unmarried girl is exercising at home (on a bicycle) and begins to orgasm or feel turned on, must she make ghusal?

A: Just having feelings does not make ghusl compulsory. Why do these types of exercises that will create feelings in you?
