Keeping the name Sibghatullah or Ali

Q: Which islamic boy's name is more better of these two. Sibghatul lah (صبغة الله) or Ali? Can we name the child both names?

A: Name the child Ali.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
