Performing waajibut tawaaf after performing multiple tawaafs

Q: Can one make 3 tawwafs i.e. 21 rounds consecutively then read the waajibut tawaaf salaah after the 3 tawaafs i.e. 3 x 2 rakaats of waajibut tawaaf?

A: No. Only if the tawaaf is done at a prohibited namaaz time.
