Q: Photography is prohibited in Islam. But we have to bring photographs for passports and to submit forms, what to do?
A: Just as this is a requirement on an id document without which you cannot process your work. I suggest that you make istighfaar and taubah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
