Q: I came to know from a local Aalim that the Prophet Idris Alaihis-salam is still alive. Is it true or a false preaching? Please, give proper references from Holy Qur'an and Authentic Ahadiths.
A: There is no conclusive report with regards to this statement. The only conclusive report is about Isa (alaihis salaam) that he is alive in the heavens.
