Working outside company time to supplement one's income

Q: If a person works for a company and he also works does work outside the company to earn extra, is this right or wrong?

A: If he is working outside, out of the company time and he manages to do justice to both works then it is alright.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
