Depriving one's daughters from one's inheritance

Q: I have 5 acres of inherited land and 7 acres of my personal purchased land. I want to deprive my daughters from my personal purchased land. My said action is legitimated or not according to Quran and sunnah?

A: Your children will only receive from your inheritance after you pass away. The law of shariah is that, the wealth which you leave behind at the time of your demise will form part of your estate and will be distributed among your heirs according to their stipulated shares of inheritance. Therefore, you cannot deprive any of the heirs who are living at that time from receiving their stipulated share of the inheritance.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
