Will telling one's wife "mujhse paper lelena" constitute talaaq?

Q: This question is related to word talaq during an argument. I said to my wife mujhse paper lelena and I also said mujhse sign lelna will it be talaq?

Are the words mujhse paper lelena/paper collect karlena and mujhse sign lelena are words of talaq or these words points towards future or promise of talaq?

A: No talaaq has taken place.

These are not words of talaaq.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
