Saying to one's wife "maine talaq daydoonga"

Q: By saying "maine talaq daydoonga" is talaq done or counted as talaq? Because all I said to warn my wife.

A: Talaaq with such words is not valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
