Woman in haidh standing outside the green dome in Madinah Munawwarah

Q: Is it permissible for a woman in her menses to stand outside the Musjid in Madinah Munawarah near the green dome within the gates (in the courtyard)? 

A: As long as it is outside the musjid, it is permissible. 

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
