Q: How to remove negative thoughts and feelings?
A: Conduct daily taleem of Fazaa'il-e-A`maal, Fazaa'il-e-Sadaqaat, Seeratul Mustafa and Bahishti Zewar. Don't only read these books, but try and understand the lessons that these kitaabs offer. Then gradually apply them into your life according to what you can easily manage. And leave out all other types of literature, media, and people who talk without the right understanding.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
