Widow inheriting from the estate of her brother in law

Q: There are three brothers (two died and both were childless), the third brother has 2 kids. Can the widow of one brother ask for the inheritance from the widow of the second brother?

A: The widow of one brother will not inherit from the estate of the other brother.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
