Difference between venting to someone and making gheebah

Q: Is there a difference between venting to someone and making gheebah?

A: If a person has been oppressed, then to express his agony before someone to gain some relief is not regarded as gheebah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
