Fasting for a traveler who left one country on 30th Ramadhaan and reached another country on Eid afternoon

Q: In Country A, the date is 30th Ramadhaan. In Country B, it is the day of Eid. A traveler will depart after Fajr from Country A and arrive before Maghrib in Country B. What should he do? Should he fast that day?

A: He should complete his fast.
