Q: I would like to know if its possible that Yajooj and Majooj are out or will they only come out after the Mahdi? Is it possible that they are a nation amongst us? I have heard someone say they are the Russians or Europeans.
A: According to the hadeeth they will emerge at the time of Isa (alaihis salaam).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
