Q: Is it better to plant trees or shrubs on graves or is it better not to plant anything?
A: Planting trees or shrubs on graves was not the general practice of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) and hence should be omitted.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
