Is nutmeg and sesame seeds regarded as intoxicants?

Q: Is nutmeg and sesame seeds regarded as intoxicants in terms of the Shariah? What amount would be permissible to consume?

A: These edibles may be consumed to the extent that they do not create an intoxicating effect.
