Reciting Surah Faatihah on someone who was stung by a scorpion and thereafter taking him to hospital

Q: If someone is stung by a scorpion, should we recite Surah Fatiha on him as mentioned in the hadith?

My question is that should we take him to hospital after reciting Surah Fatiha?

A: If the pain does not subside, then he should be taken for medical treatment. Reciting Surah Faatihah is a means of cure and it will prove effective subject to one having complete yaqeen in the words of Allah Ta'ala and Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam).

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
