Having Arabic Text or Pictures on the Quraan Shareef desk

Q: Is it permissible to have pictures of the Kabah Sharif or the green dome or Arabic text of Allah and Muhammad (salallahu alayhi wasallam) etc. on a Quraan Sharif desk/stand?

A: It is permissible. However, it should be kept with respect.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
